HOW DO I FIND THE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER?
The model number and serial number for your Kamado Joe grill can be found in the owner’s manual that comes included with your grill.
HOW DO YOU REACH CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

Warranty support requires a product registration be completed prior to receiving assistance. To register your product, please visit our Product Registration page.

HOW DO YOU REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY?
Please visit our Registration Page to register your Kamado Joe product for warranty protection. Please be aware that you will need a copy of your receipt when registering your product, so be sure to hold onto your physical and/or virtual receipt after purchase.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY GRILL WITHOUT A SERIAL NUMBER?
Sometimes the serial number is stamped under the dome of the grill. If you are unable to locate it or have lost your user manual, you can put NA in the section where it asks for your grill's serial number.
HOW TO FIND MANUAL?
If you have lost the manual for your grill and/or it was not in the box, please check each individual product page on the site and click on the “Manuals & Warnings” tab on the product page. From there, you will have access to a downloadable PDF manual.
