Repair FAQs

Do you carry parts on the van?

We carry a range of common parts, so in many cases we can repair your hot tub on the first visit. If we need specific or brand-specific parts, we’ll order them and arrange a follow-up visit.

Can you fix my hot tub on the first visit?

If the fault is straightforward and we have the right parts available, yes. If not, we’ll diagnose the issue, quote for parts and labour, and book a return visit.

My tub is old – is it still worth repairing?

We’ll always be honest. If we feel a repair isn’t cost-effective compared to the age and condition of the spa, we’ll tell you and discuss your options.

Do you work on inflatable spas?

Unfortunately, we only work on hard-shell hot tubs.
